My brother went to a John Mayer concert yesterday - I bet it was fantastic! I can't wait for a few details!

Katie is potty trained! WOO! She goes through the day with no accidents -well, one a week maybe. But it's the middle of the night where she still has problems. I am still calling it a success!!

I applied for a new job on Friday and should be hearing something tomorrow...I have mixed feelings about this. Part of me is looking forward to a new challenge - and this one is pretty big! I have all the technical skills to perform this job - no question - but I am a bit nervous about the customer facing aspect. I don't have a lot of experience dealing directly with the customer. And this is no small customer! This is one of the biggest companies in the world! But like Brian said, I can do anything I put my mind to. Another part of me is so happy where I am at with my current position. I have been on this team for 5 years! I have made friends that I don't want to lose. I have a great manager - definitely the best I have ever had and I know that future managers are going to pale in comparison. I love the fact that I am the person other members of the team come to for help. I have so much knowledge in my current role. But, maybe it is time to move on and give someon else that chance. I will definitely keep this blog updated on any updates.

I have found myself praying a lot recently. Not necessarily for things that impact me or my family, but there are so many people out there that need to be lifted up in prayer. And it is so wonderful to see positive things happening to individuals in need!! I know prayers are answered. While I might not fully understand "how" immeditaely, it's clear to see that when prayer is answered, it is powerful. And the great thing about prayer is that you can do it anytime, anywhere! I used to think that I had to spend a long time in prayer, but I am realizing that even a little prayer goes a long way.

Kasey is going to be 1 on Saturday! Yay!! I will post pictures of the big day!

Kevin Harvick won the Daytona 500...they should have waived the yellow flag on the last lap.

Brian has been working crazy shifts for the past couple of weeks and I feel like we haven't seen him. This is really making me realize that I need to make some friends in the area. I crave the adult converstaions and interaction. Sigh...those of you who I have programmed in my cell, be expecting lengthy conversations in the near future! :-)
